How do i create a yahoo avatar?

How come I can't create my Yahoo Avatar?

Everytime I try to go to the page to create my yahoo avatar, it says PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED! I want a Yahoo Avatar! Help?

I'm not having any problems with it (unless there was a temporary problem last night), so it may be something wrong with your browser. Try clearing the cache on your browser. Make sure you also have the latest update of Macromedia Flash. You can find the link to download it at http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/avatar/avatar-04.html If it still doesn't work, try using the contact button at the bottom of the page to send a message to Yahoo! directly.
