How do i find a question by someones answers id?

i'm looking for a question i saw a couple days ago...all i know is the id they use on answers...can i search by that?

Yes you can. Click advanced search and type in their answers id

Go to "Advance Search" which is located under "My Recent Activity" click on it. when you get there click "Nicknames of Askers ", then pick one of the "Question Status" and "Date submitted", and click search.
