On one side yes because it may seem like they put more effort into asking a question than someone who actually researched it with multiple sources. On the other-hand no, because if someone asks "What is the population of California?" That is a really simple question that the asker could have just as easily typed that into google and found out the answer (Top of the search results => "California — Population: 33,871,648 ... ") and so a simple cut and paste suffices for a simple question.

Not really...what I don't understand is why the person asking the question didn't do that to begin with, then they wouldn't have to ask the question in the first place, it takes 2 seconds.
