Why do accounts on yahoo answers get suspended?

How can I get an internship at Yahoo! Answers?

  • I've been using this site for over 3 years (November 2006, but around 58 suspended accounts are against my resume, I guess) and I am looking for internship opportunities almost everywhere. This morning I woke up and said to myself, Y!A!!!! No, don't ask me to google it because if you google "Yahoo Answers internships" all you get are lots of links leading you to questions about random internships. Anyways, I'm a college junior majoring in mass communication. Do I stand a chance with the Yamster? I mean, I'm experienced and totally familiar with the site and on top of that, I'm cool!

    I'll bet you could get an internship, just don't put your screen name or IP address on your resume... lol Send tham your resume by email directly to the Sunnyvale headquarters, and use a public library IP. They do pay the folks who work with paying advertisers. (Then... you could secretly restore all of the old suspended accounts one night, and we could have another Zombie Day!)

What did you think YA could have you doing? They have volunteers who examine the "reports" that people submit against answers/questions that don't follow the rules. This is not a business, where you can learn skills useful in a real job search. They don't charge anything, so you can't learn about how regular work has an economic value. You're barking up the wrong tree, here, girl. They're not looking for "cool" people (even if others agreed with your self-assessment); they're looking for advertisers.

Yahoo Answers is a great place for questions to be answered and there is no pay...Take some time and truly search out internships relating to your studies!

they have your ip address and your ip addy for your 58 suspended accounts.i would look elsewhere for a job. yeah they dont pay anybody like joe said.
