How to Answer Interview QUestions HEELLPP!!!?

• ok well in a week or so im going to have an interview and with Wendy's well i've have gotten called for many interviews but i don't know what goes wrong that they don't call me back? well these are the questions i have trouble and would like some help on how to answer them please i really need this job thanks! ^_^ -explain why should i hire you? -what can you bring/ do for our company? -whats your biggest weakness? -tell me why you want this job? These the ones i have trouble with!!

  -explain why should i hire you? Because I am reliable and diligent. I take my work very seriously, and always try to do the best job. -what can you bring/ do for our company? A positive attitude, a desire to make the customers' experiences more pleasant. -whats your biggest weakness? Doughnuts. (This is a trick question; don't admit to any weaknesses, but also don't claim to have none. If you don't like the joke answer, which is a fine pun, tell them "I try not to have any weaknesses that would affect my job performance. If one was brought to my attention, I would try to correct it immediately) -tell me why you want this job? I've always enjoyed Wendy's products, and the company has an excellent reputation. I think it would be a company I can take pride in working for. Keep in mind, there might be other reasons why you never get a callback. Some common ones are: arrived late, wore inappropriate attire, chewed gum, was overqualified/underqualified, seemed to belittle the position, seemed unenthusiastic, failed a background check, resume contained inaccuracies, etc. If none of those are the issue, then work on your Q&A. But think hard to see if something else could be turning them off. Good luck.
