    Ahmad has the correct answer.... too bad he directly copied it from another user without giving credit (AKA plagiarizing) Drag the pic onto your desktop http://l.yimg.com/img.avatars.yahoo.com/users/1o75qAo5sAAECPCKbNMttCw==.large.jpg . Then, upload the pic to your 360° and use that image rather than the small head pic. ****ADD- to make your pic bigger, you need to crop it. You can upload your pic here http://www.resizr.com/ and then manually crop the picture until it only shows your guy, rather than all the background. Then, upload the pic the same way you did before and make sure you select your new image as your primary image.

Next, you need to create a 360 Profile. To do that, go to your Yahoo! Answers profile, and then click on the button that says "My 360 profile" in blue letters. It is to the right of your ID. Once you set up the profile, you can click on the button that reads "Edit Personal Photos". You can upload that picture as your personal photo. After the image has uploaded, make it your primary photo. Lastly, go to your Yahoo! Answers profile, and then click the button that reads "Edit My Info". You will see three boxes down near the bottom toolbar on the page, and the middle one reads "Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture". Check the circle next to it, and then scroll down and save your profile. once it is re-sized to an avatar size, you would be distorting it blowing it up again do you have the Original avatar photo before yahoo shrunk it to smithers?
