How else can you get yahoo points other than giving answers?

Yahoo answers abuse ?

has anybody EVER got points back from yahoo for proving there answer was FALSLEY reported as abuse ? i have had several answers falsley reported as abuse and i followed yahoo instructions on how to get the points back but apparently they are lying about giving them back if the answer was not really abuse. ex: question, what kind of car should i buy ? my answer : just buy american and you can't go wrong....my answer was reported as abuse and yahoo refused to return my points ? do they EVER return points or is it just a LIE ?

Yes. It took two weeks. But I explained in an message to the abuse e-mail and a post to the wrongful violations board that my answer was legitimate and not a violation of their guidelines. I received my points returned with an apology. I've had false abuse questions also I think I put "I have no idea" for some chick and she reported it as not being a real answer

sounds like a good answer to me. Why would they call that abuse? Doesn't yahoo look at the answers before they remove them?
