The safest aircraft in the world is probably an A340, A320 or 777.

B-777 Then Airbus 340 (only crash was during a simulated engine falure in testing) The concorde was very safe but was rated low because of its usage, only had 80,000 take offs and well, less landings. Compared to other airplanes, who are used much more often.

well the fastest car in the world is the bugatti veryon i think it 243mph and the safest airplane in the world depends on pilot but still if ur talkin large commercial aircraft i would say the boeing 777 it had a perfect record untill the crash in feburary 08 when it landed about 600ft before the runway but still only had like 2 injuries so i wouldn't count it as really major but it just went before the runway

The safest plane to fly would undoubtedly be the J-3 piper......It can just barely kill you.
