I just want to know that what do they do in this jop? Bcz i like working with airplanes so i though this would be good , soo can someone tell me in this jop Airframe and powerplant what do they really do!! Thank you soo much!

A&P mechanics take care of a diverse number of things. Literally the airframe itself and the airframes powerplant, or more commonly the engine. They are responsible for on time accurate maintainance and repairs, complying with federal directives, and the necessary overhauls of engines and propellers when appropriate. There are those that specifically work on the avionics side, and that may be their specialty.

A&P Technicians diagnose and repair/overhaul aircraft components relating to hydraulic, mechanical and non-electronics systems. This can be wheels, landing gears, flight controls, air conditioning, and engines. These days, A&Ps can also perform limited electrical (power systems only) diagnosis and repair. I enjoy my job and working with large aircraft daily. It never gets old :) (except when you accidentally spill Skydrol on yourself...)
