I know a guy who has a degree in science and aviation. It's a general science degree with some aviation physics/management courses as well. Plus he got his commercial license while studying.

There is only a couple other persons that I've heard of with my degree. Aerospace Engineering. A frequent co-pilot of mine has a BA in Art History. Some have a associate in applied science- aviation flite. The minimum is what ever the company has set as their requirement to reduce the number of applications.
