How can one become a commercial aircraft sales person and earn commissions on these sales?

If you dont know, you are years and years from selling commercial aircraft. I sell personal aircraft, and I have a college degree, lots of flight time. Initial sales experience would help...i got lucky and knew the boss, but that is few and far between. As far as commissions go, you can make anywhere from 3-9%. I get salary as well, so my commission is lower than if I were on commission alone.
