Whats the scope....Catia V5 after Aircraft Maintenance Engineering ?

  • buddys I have completed my AME (AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING) looked out for job but in vain, now i want to learn CATIA V5, will it workout? suggest

    CATIA is like any other CAD software (though it is a high end CAD software). It's often used in aircraft (and other) design work, not in the maintenance engineering area. In most cases, you learn it on the job when you get a job that requires it; your employer may send you out for training. Prior knowledge of a particular CAD software may help get you a job, but lack of it is rarely a deal breaker for an otherwise qualified candidate.
