What is the pre screening test required for Air Traffic controller students?

Can anyone tell me about the screening tests required of Air Traffic Controller students ? The FAA uses these test scores to screen potential applicants.

Answer:
The test I believe your talking about is the CTI. There is no real way of studying for this test. You pretty much show up and take the test. It test things like your hand eye coordination and how well you deal with pressure. The higher your score the higher level facility you are able to work for initially. Better the chances also for you to pick which facility you would like to control. Here is more info on it too. http://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/headquarters_offices/ahr/jobs_careers/occupations/atc/at-cti/
