What's the medical or physical requirement for aircraft avionics employee?

Whats a name of a really cool aircraft.!ASAP?

  • ok so i need to do a project on an aircraft..it could be anything that we want but i want an aircraft that is important and unique..BUT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT AIRPLANES.!i was thinking on doing the one that louis and clark first built but someone already got that one.1 soo do you know the name of an interesting aircraft?

  • Answer:

Wait what airplane did Louis and Clark build again? The Spirit of St. Louis was the first to fly across the Atlantic. Anything built by Howard Hughes is cool. The SR-71 Blackbird is amazing. The DC-3 was pretty revolutionary for its time, Constellation and Boeing 707 too. PS Gabe doesn't know anything about airplanes, he is thinking of the AC-130 not the C-130. One letter, big difference. PSS Stagecoach said that the designation of the Blackbird was changed from the RS-71 to SR-71 because of a Presidential mistake. This is a very popular story but not true according to Col. Richard H. Graham the author of SR-71 Revealed and very experienced SR-71 pilot and former squadron and wing commander.

B17 Flying Fortress A great name. Armorment befitting a fortress and the bird could withstand massive damage and still fly it's crew home safely.

First of all, Lewis and Clark never flew. They explored the Louisiana Purchase for President Thomas Jefferson. The Wright Brothers invented the airplane about 100 years later. I would recommend the AV-8B Harrier. It is a jet fighter aircraft used by the Royal Air Force and United States Marines. It has been in service since the 1970's ,and saw combat in the Falkland Islands War, Desert Storm, and in Iraq and Afghanistan. The unique thing about the Harrier is that it has vectored thrust control, which means it can hover like a helicopter, and even fly backwards.

1. The SR-71 Blackbird. Originally designated the "RS-71," the name was changed after President Lyndon Johnson referred to it publicly as "SR-71." Rather than expose the President to potential embarassment, the designation was changed. http://www.carzi.com/wp-content/uploads/sr-71-blackbird.jpg 2. The P-51 Mustang. A single-seat fighter aircraft that despite its relatively late arrival during WW II, nevertheless had a big influence on the war, with an engine so powerful that, shortly after its introduction, it actually killed a fair number of the more inexperienced initial pilots due to a phenomenon known as 'torque rolling' that would occur with the rapid throttle-up needed for take-off. http://www.vg-photo.com/wallpaper/1024x768/Mustang2_DSC_3436.jpg 3. The Granville Gee-Bee. Known as the 'Flying Barrel,' the Gee-Bee was a record-setting racer from the early days of aviation. http://images.forum-auto.com/mesimages/48474/800px.jpg 4. The V-22 Osprey. A tilt-rotor aircraft having the advantages of helicopters (for example, the ability to land vertically in isolated, unprepared areas), but having the speed of a fixed-wing aircraft. http://www.enemyforces.net/helicopters/v22_osprey.htm

The space shuttle is the coolest aircraft ever made. I guess technically it is more of a glider but it does go through the air and is technically an aircraft.
