What is the best airline you could work for?

If you want good flight benefits, try working for a regional airline as they fly for many different airlines. For example Chautauqua Airlines, which is under the parent company Republic Airways, has flights for Delta, American, Frontier, US Airways, and Continental and employees of that airline get flight benefits on all of them. The only down side to that is that Chautauqua doesn't have any ramp agents or baggage handlers. If that is what you are looking for I would go with Delta as they are the largest airline in the world and will have flight benefits that can take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. Company wise I like JetBlue and Southwest as they are very well managed and people just love working for them.
