• Answer:

  1. The ways that people could lessen the greenhouse effect is decrease their carbon footprint. You can do this by simply reducing, reusing, and recycling. You can also carpool. Do simple things like turn of lights, take shorter showers and such. 2. Because the trees that we are burning down are the same trees that take the carbon out of the atmosphere. Along with the fires themselves releasing CO2 into the atmosphere. 3. This would lessen the affect because we could stop cutting down trees that take the CO2 out, we could spend more of our money into programs to lessen the effect. Also the process to cut down trees and make new paper creates even more CO2 from the machinery used and such. 4. Yes, if it wasn't for the greenhouse effect we would all freeze here on earth and the temperature changes be dramastic. 5. Yes, because the trees will help take CO2 out of the atmosphere!
