How long will it take to get THC out of my system?

• I smoke about every 2 to 3 weeks but I work out 5 days a week and sweat a lot. I also drink lots of water. About how long after I blaze will it take for the THC to get out of my system?

  I think you're not getting answers because we just don't know. It can take 30 days or longer if you smoke regularly or a lot, and can be detected in your hair for much longer than that. You're a sporadic user, with a metabolism that's probably fairly fast, so it should take less time. We just can't tell how much less.
