How long until my weed plant grows?

Is my weed plant a boy or girl if it only grows three leaves together?

• my plant is about 18' tall and has a bunch of leaves but they only grow in threes.

  u wont know until it goes into flowering state. when it switches from vegetative to flowering state u will see little white hairs growing from the base of each branch if its a female. if its a male theres going to be what looks almost like a very very tiny bunch of green bananas. and whoever said they are both is half right because it will only be 1/2 and 1/2 if u have a female plant and it gets pollinated by a near male plant. they don't grow from seeds being both they are one or the other. the reason u get the hairs for a female plant is because it grows up big and strong during the vegetative state, then its like holy crap im horny so it makes the buds(flowers) which produce sticky resin(the white fuzzy/crystally looking stuff) so if there are any male plants near by its pollen will stick to the flowers and pollinate them
