  You can often obtain liquid nitrogen from a local welding shop. They wouldn't provide you with a container, but you can store the liquid in a styrofoam cooler. Other than that, any facility that collects/distributes animal semen for reproduction will have liquid nitrogen on hand. You would have to check online to see if any such facilities are nearby. Where I work we usually charge $25 for approximately 20 liters, which is likely much more than you would need. Again, if you don't have a special tank for storing liquid nitrogen, your best option is to use a styrofoam cooler (it won't last a long time in that though).
