What kind of plant do I have?

plant description: grows like crazy, dark green leathery leaves with no veins showing. tiney purple trim on edge of leavs. oval shaped leaves, if a leaf falls off, roots grow out of the edges of the leaf all around and it turns into another plant. it seems like a tropical plant. the leaves also become cup shaped to catch water and sun, leans towards the sun. likes lots of water and does well inside and out. what kind of plant is this? thanks.
