What jobs are paid weekly?

Are you a botanist/related field? What do you do? Is there a lot of jobs in this area? Well paid?

• Hi there, I have a University degree in International Relations already but am really unhappy because I thought I was going to end up traveling and doing exciting things and it really did not turn out that way. I've been working for corrupt Non-profits that pretend to help people, there is to much competition for jobs and I haven't raveled at all for my jobs. So I have been doing research on other careers that might give me the chance to do exciting jobs where I get to travel to exotic places and there is a lot of jobs in it that are well paid. I have a few friends in engineering and geology that have traveled tons and getting paid awesome so I thought I would look into the sciences. Growing up I was interested in science but because I had horrible math teachers I didn't follow through because I didn't have the math background. So I've done some research and found that some areas of science such as medicine or ext...I could not handle because you have to deal with blood and things that I can't stomach. But botany struck a chord....all my friends are in the social sciences fields so I would really want to know from people in botany/science/related fields what they think of their job in terms of travel/excitement potential/job availability/pay and do they feel happy in their jobs and why?   i'm a landscaper with a degree in horticulture. i am happy to get to work outside. it is wonderful to plant trees and create landscapes. travel is possible because every area needs landscapers, and the pay is good. other fields include botany, ecology, water ecology, and environmental protection. good luck
