What animals and plants reproduce sexually and asexually?

What are some animals/plants that reproduce asexually AND sexually?

  • Answer:

Many plants reproduce both sexually and asexually: Strawberries - sexual by way of seeds produced in dry fruits called an achene, and asexual by runners that root and generate new plants. Lily-of-the-valley is the same, they reproduce sexually with flowers that produce berries that have seeds, and asexually with stoloniferous rhizomes. Animals that reproduce by both means are normal limited to single celled organism, but some flat worms and earth worms can be cut and asexually produce new individuals but they normal multiply by sexual means. Other Animals include some insects like Aphids, slime molds, sea anemones, some species of starfish.
