Any good references for prairie plant identification?
-
Do you know of any plant guides that concentrate on prairie grasses, wildflowers and other vegetation of North America? Or just the grasses? I want to be able to key out wild grasses, and the wildflower guides I have are no help.
-
Answer:
I use this book to key out grasses. It comes in two volumes. Manual of the Grasses of the United States Volume 1 and 2 by A. S. Hitchcock
