Please Identify this Cannabis Look-alike Plant?

Here is a photo I took: http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/4995/whateg.jpg I'm from india. This plant grows all around this region like pest. Recently a friend told me that it could be a ganja plant. I looked on the internet to compare but found out that it is just a look-alike. Can someone identify the generic name of this plant?

This is castor bean plant with the scientific name Ricinus communis . It grows in wild arid part .
