How do i make a skimboard?

• well I'm a pretty experienced skimmer and i want to make one i want to make one i need to no what's the best fiberglass for making one my guess now is carbon fiber because thats what my skimboard is made out of. my second question is what kind of foam how dense it should be and how thick i should do it. my third question is what shape i should make it should i make a pro shape or should a make it custom and perfect for me and how would i do that.

  Wow you really know how to skim. Most people I send to this site have no idea what they want. Here's a site that will answer all your questions and more. I can tell you right now that if you know exactly what shape you look for in a board you want to go that way. The problem is in making that exact shape. The site below will tell you that you probably won't like your first 2 or 3 boards. They'll be a learning experience. For that reason you'll probably want to start off making a woody or two. No sense in wasting all that expensive foam and carbon fiber on practice boards. Check out the site and let me know what you think.
