How do you play water polo?

Tips or websites on how to effectively play hole set in water polo?

• Im a freshman girl in high school and ive been playing water polo for just over two years and im on my first year playing on a high school team and im the hole set on the varsity team. Were a new school and don't have many great players. Im left handed and normally play my strong flat, but now im playing hole set for the first time. I know how to play but measuring up against the bigger and older high school girls i know ill get shut down right away. So i was wondering if anyone had any websites or tips on what to do during hole set that will make me a better player Im not that big...5'5 and 130lb, and i know some of the girls are much bigger and stronger than i am on the other teams. I dont want to let my team down, any advice? Thanks in advance
