Water Polo Players: Weight lifting help?
-
I just finished a water polo summer camp and we lifted weights twice a week. I have a 3 week break until practice starts again and I wanted to know how I could continue lifting weights to stay in shape. I'm already swimming and running but I wanted to know how often and how much weight to lift. I really don't want to bulk up anymore but I still want to get stronger. Any suggestions?

Answer:
If you remember the lifts you did at the summer camp you should try to work out everyother day and on the days you dont work out make sure to stretch. As for how much, you should be doing lighter weight and higher reps. That will help you build stamina instead of bulking up.
