Flip Ultra Advice?

Need advice for buying a Victoria skimboard (ultra)?

• I am thinking about buying a Victoria Ultra. I already have a zap skimboard. but every time I go for a wave I sink....I run as fast as I can. And YES I have the right weight size!that is why I am thinking about buying a Victoria Ultra. If you think buying it is a good idea or know of a a better skimboard for me, please let me know. I am a good skimboarder!! I do a "no step"! I am not a beginner! I am a semi pro. If you know of a good skimboard from Victoria or any other company or you think the Victoria Ultra is good please comment! And btw I would like to spend like 200$-250$ just so that you know. But if you know of a REALLY good skimboard that is 400$ that's fine too.........I'll have to start saving! xD Thanks all!

  To give you an answer directly from Victoria's website do you think this description of an Ultra Recommended rider describes you? "ULTRA Recommended for the intermediate skimboarder that is riding in the water and riding larger waves. This is an intermediate polyurethane foam core skimboard with our performance wave riding shape. The longer and narrower shape will accelerate a wave rider’s ability and performance. Not recommended for riders over 220 lbs." You say you're semi pro, but the Ultra is recommended for intermediate boarders. Is that you? Check out the link below and see if you can figure out which board rider description most closely fits you. You may also want to check out the Exile website. They come highly recommended too, but they're also those more expensive boards you were looking at. Myself I'd stay with the Victoria line.
