Can women wear men's wakeboard vest?

I'm looking for a wakeboard vest and I find the men's prettier and more varied than of women's. I know safety is not about looks but I'm really just looking for my options out here. So... can women wear men's wakeboard vest? What are the differences? The shape? What about the size? Are the charts equal? as in...are men's 'M"= women's 'M"?

there are mens and womens specific wake vest but who cares as long as they fit... I'm talking wake-specific vests usually non-coast gurad approved. I find the womens too short.

They are just sorted into kids and adults. So, just adjust it so it will fit (tighter probably) and lift the jacket. If the jacket can go over your ears, it doesn't fit!

They should be adjustable, which means that one size fits all.
