Boating license questions?

PLEASE HELP!!! BOATING EXAM!!!?

Hi, I am taking my Pleasure Craft Boating License exam with boatsmartexams.com and I was just wondering what specific things I should study. The study manual is very large and has about two hundred pages. I would just like to narrow that down and find out what i should be studying. I am already quite knowledgeable about motor boats but some of the questions on the practice test were very specific such as "What organization needs to test life jackets to see if they are approved." Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am not asking for answers to the questions, just what to study. Thank you so much.

my boaters test was in a classroom setting, it was very simple test jsut basic information...alot of questions about jetskies, and for your question its the united states coast gaurd
