How to make a snowboard?

If you know how to Snowboard does it make learning how to Wakeboard easier?

  Absolutely. Being familiar with riding any board sideways will give you a definite head start on learning any new board sport. I was just the opposite in that the first time I snowboarded was about 3 years ago but I had been wakeboarding for over a decade. Just the fact that standing sideways came natural to me helped tremendously and after a few runs I was carving around pretty easily on my heelside and toeside edges on a snowboard. Snowboards, since they dont have fins, are going to have a much looser feel than if you use a wakeboard with deep fins. You might want to look into using a board without the center fin or with really small fins so that you will be able to break it free similar to a snowboard. A wakeboard with all 3 fins or deep fins will track much more heavily than a snowboard and you may not find it comfortable. Have fun man, I guarantee you'll get addicted to it but the good part is you'll have something to do when the snow melts in the spring.
