Can I use a windsurfer as SUP?

Anyone have a windsurfer? I'll buy!?

  • I'm looking to buy a windsurfer, but it needs to have all the parts necessary to sail. It also can't be more than $300. Also if anyone has advice for buying these, or sailing in general, I could really use your help. Thanks!

    Well here's an ebay link for the whole package you want and for only $125. The catch is that you have to be able to pick it up in Daytona, Florida. My advice though would be to start by taking lessons. When I learned I took the class twice. After finishing the class I checked out the rental costs for a windsurfer, and it was cheaper to take the class again and use their windsurfers for a couple of hours everyday.
