What kind of 2k erg score to get recruited to a collegiate men's lightweight crew / rowing team?

  • Hey- Just wondering what kind of 2k/6k erg scores it would take to get recruited to row in college for a lightweight crew at a college such as like Cornell or Penn State? Thanks

  • Answer:

    620-630 would be considered a competitive score. Though I should tell you that mens rowing is not an NCAA sport so only the schools that can afford the program have one and recruit for them, and those schools are usually ivy leagues.
