For Zap skimboards, What is the difference between a fish skimboard and a wedge skimboard?

What can each board do? i want to be able to ride into the wave and then turn around and be able to ride it out.

Skimdoards are the best boards to use for walleyes,and they turn with the boat. We fish lake Lake Erie alot and they do good in 3 to 4ft waves. The wedge skimboard are mostly used on Big lakes, like Lake Michigan for salmon and lake Trout. Thay are used with down riggers with differnt Wt'ed balls.Its a pain in the butt to me. because you always have to get the down riggers out of the way
