Are there any good water polo goalie workouts for injured goalies?

I injured my shoulder pretty badly, but I want to stay in polo shape. I'm a goalie, which makes this all the more difficult, and it's my right (dominant) shoulder, which also doesn't help! Anyway, does anyone know of any workouts for me to do, to get back in shape? I'm pretty much just kicking with a board, lap after lap, and eggbeatering, lap after lap. I'd like to get the ball back into the workout also. Oh, and I'm doing this in a gym pool. So I don't have a goal or anything to use. Thanks!

I definitely second the physical therapist idea... Maybe eggbeatering with a bungee cord (if you guys have one) or doing some lunges if your shoulder is okay with that. Good luck!

ok i'm not a goalie but i've hurt my shoulder in polo plus my best friend is and hurt her shoulder too......... my advice is to see a pysical therepist (*****BEST IDEA*****) because thats what really helped me plus he gave me exercises and stretches to do while still going to practice.......... also ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS stretch it out first then warm up
