What is the best longboard for a beginner?

What is the best longboard for a beginner? I have never had a skate board but would like a longboard for college cursing. I am 23 years old, weigh 160, and 5.11', what do you recommend?

SECTOR 9 skatesonhaight.com lets you customize your wheels and such telling you what would work best for you, but in all a sector 9 (i suggest bamboo) would work
