I got recruited to do a sport at my college, then they cut the team...?
-
So yeah, as the title says, I got recruited to play a Division III sport at my college, then, 2 weeks after I committed, they cut the team. I was given no warning of this, so I was caught completely off guard when I found out. However, this sport is my life and I still want to play, but I'm also in love with this school, so I don't want to have to transfer to play somewhere else. So I'm wondering: Is it possible for someone to play and compete in a sport at a different college if their college does not offer it?

Answer:
I don't think so. Im a student at a community college, and Im dieing to try-out for a college football team. My college doesnt have anything for football, so I gotta wait until I tranfer.

Sorry, but I don't think that's possible. Maybe you could find a team in the area that you are attending school that is not affiliated with your college.

You can go to two different schools and play a sport at one of them. BUT you have to be taking the allotted amount of units and get good grades. I would recommend talking to the school you would consider going to as an alternative.
