How do I get nasty spyware off computer?

I purchased the spyware when I was having computer problems and it made them worse. How do I get refunded?

  • My computer was really actiong up bad. I thought it was going to crash. The program by bucksbill.com flashed on my screen. I got it and my computer got worse. Norton Virus protector flashed on the screen. It saved my computer and I removed the crap from bucks bill after it was gone the computer worked even better, now I just need my money back,but the bucksbill people won't send me the return form when I call and when I contact [email protected] I only get here so please help me proceed. I don't have money to burn and would apreciate instructions as well as anything to fill out so I get me refund. Thanks- Mrs. Carney

    I am not sure about the spyware you purchased, but the best spyware on the market is AdAware and it is FREE for personal use. Just download it. RE: The refund. Did you use a credit card? Contact the credit card company. They will help. If not, all I can suggest is keep hounding them. Other than that, I am not really sure what you can do with an online purchase to get satisfaction. I hope you used a credit card to pay for this bogus software. If you did, you can contact your cc company & you won't have to pay for it. For the future, try Ad-Aware, it's free & safe. http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware

When u had the problem with your computer u should come here first and ask people what to do before u made that silly mistake. U can have perfect programs for free. Feel sorry for u anyway
