Why don't I see the user account icon my my windows 2000 control panel?

I go to the control panel and I see users and passwords icon,but I don't see the users account icon.How can I get to the user account screen?I need to add my user name to a administrator group.

maybe 'cause your not an admin? you could try: start, run, "control userpasswords2" (without "") and add your self this is more advanced.. adam

have you tried clicking on users and passwords? If you are not already an admin you cannot add yourself, you will need to login under an admin account to add it.
