I have a virus that malwarebytes tells me is 2 trojans and 1 hijack. but it cannot successfully remove them?
-
after running a full system scan with malewarebytes it finds 2 trojans and 1 hijack. i follow the steps to remove them. then it says to finish/complete the removal, i must restart my computer. but after i restart it, and run the scan again, they are still there. i clicked on details or more info or help or something to that effect and i got the following info: C:Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Avira\Antivir Desktop\addr_file.html [WARNING] The file could not be copied to quarantine! C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data\Avira\Antivir Desktop\addr_file.html [WARNING] An exception has been identified! so for some reason the virus cannot be copied to quarantine and is creating an exception for itself somehow. i am running in safe mode and after the scan ive tried SUPERantispyware followed by ccleaner to no avail. we just got rid of a virus a couple weeks ago that took over the whole computer and kept popping up fake antivirus messages and we could not even get into the controll panel or use ctrl+alt+delete when not in safe mode. this time it keeps redirecting websites when we use the internet. weve tried both avira and panda cloud and when not in safemode they are constantly detecting viruses, as soon as you click "remove", it scanns the computer and another virus detection thing pops up. over and over. im at a loss can anyone possibly help?

try the Malicious Software Removal Tool and the Microsoft Security Essentials
I would suggest you to scan your system with AVAST & Reginout. They should help you in this issue for sure.
Try running PC Tools Spyware Doctor if malwarebyte can not detect the infection. It will show location of the infected files for free, and remove them (in full version). Also, you can try scanning in safe mode for parasites. Then you can remove parasites that can not be removed during normal operation.
