How to block someone on Hotmail (Windows Live) from looking at my profile?

Theres this person i know who keeps looking at my profile, and i just dont know how to block this person, i tried the permissions, but i still know this person looks at my profile. dont ask bout this person, or how do i kno they look at mi profile. i just need to block this person for good. thanks :)

first find him in your contacts and then right click on him/her and choose block this contact
