How Do You Find Proxy Websites?

I have my proxy adress and i want to change it bcoz of block websites where can i find the ip and port number?

please help pls i want to join myspace.com and it is blocked where i stay....pls once again help and should i change the ip adress which i have and keep port number same my proxy port is 8080 proxy ip 212.62.97.20
