Is there a way to hide my wall on facebook?

How to hide my posts on others walls from others apart from me and that person and hide posts on my wall?

ON FACEBOOK - I was wondering if there was a way to hide posts from people on my wall from all other friends apart from me and that person and the same if i was to post on that persons wall, also I was wondering if i could hide tags in statuses from people that have no mutual friends from my friends??? PLEASE HELP
Answer:

For the post just send a message. Messages can only be seen by you and the person you send it to. On the old profiles the option is directly under their profile pic on their profile page. On the newer profiles it's in the top right. As for hiding tags and statuses from other people you'll want to click on account in the top right of your screen and go to the privacy settings area. All that is pretty thorough and self explanatory.
