Has my pc got a virus or do i just need to change my page layout?? 10 points best answere?

i have this eagle background thing that is on all the websites i go on as a back ground, also thewebsites i go on (that are legal including this one) the lay out of the page is messed up. Its just the internet that is a bit messed up other wise my computer is fine. Have i got a virus or do i just need to meddle with the screen layout??? btw the back ground is pale blue with white eagles on it also my media on the internet is being dead slow

your problem is so rare and little bit to understand ...can you post the image ....! ok do one thing ,install Firefox or opera and browse ..same prob repeats then unistall Internet explorer completely from your PC and install new version of IE(Internet explorer)..then also same problem repeats ..download hitman pro software and scan your pc or use Microsoft essentials as your antivirus program ......recommended
