How do you log into your router on your computer?

How do I log into my router to find list of devices currently connected to it?

• I was told that I can log into my router using my laptop and find a list of devices connected to the router. Basically, (after other attempts to remedy the situation have failed), I want to know for sure if someone outside my home is using my secure wi-fi connection. I was told to first connect all devices in my home to the wi-fi, then log into my router using laptop to find a list of devices connected to router. I was told to write down the details of that list; then in the future if I find an unknown device in the list I will know someone else is using my wi-fi connection. I am certain that my neighbor is using my wi-fi connection. I have gotten conflicting information from my internet provider. There are times when all devices in my home are off the connection and the WLAN on my router keeps flashing; sometimes it flashes slow but other times it is flashing very fast. I have changed my security settings several times but still have this happening. My neighbor does not have his own internet service and is very computer smart. He has in the past had access to my laptop in my home and I'm not sure what information he may have gotten off of it. But it seems that every time I change my password it isn't long before he has hacked into it again. Thank you for any help you can give. I really need a detailed description on how to log into my router to find a list of devices currently connected to it (keep in mind that I am not very computer literate).

  What make is your router ?????????? You need 2 passwords, one to access the routers settings, by default, the password for this IS password.The second is for WEP or WPA, if you have not changed teh default password, your neighbour logs onto your router and can see your WEP/WPA password
