How to Get in to my computers that my parents locked with there user name and password?

  I think this might help. It works here on my computer, I think it will work for you too. So, don't even think you can find the password for your mom's and dad's user accounts. Unless they keep them somewhere on the desk, off course. Just start Windows in safe mode. If you don't know how to do that, push the power button on your computer, and then push and hold F8 button on the keyboard. After couple of seconds, instead of the Windows loading screen, you will see a screen that will allow you to choose different start options. You should pick the safe mode, press enter, and after that besides your mom and dad's account there will be account called Administrator, which doesn't require password. Just log on with that account, go to the controll panel, under user accounts, create your own account with your own password, and then restart the computer, and that's it. You will have an account, that your mom and dad couldn't delete, because you will be the only one who knows the password. Off course, they can beat the hell out of you, but that's another story. If you don't want to be cought, just do the same safe mode thing, log in as Administrator, and delete the account you have created, so nobody can see that you've been messing with the computer. That's it. Another hacker has been born :)
