A question about e-mail security?

I need help answering my security question for my aol email?

• I apparently forgot my password. Now, when creating my aol account, I didn't fill in an alternative email, but instead chose to have a security question. When I click "forgot password" it tries to send my password to an alternative email BUT I NEVER FILLED THAT IN. How do I answer the security question instead of having it try to contact a different account?
