What do I need to become a snowboard instructor?

NEED HELP!!!!!! WHERE IN NY CAN I BECOME CERTIFIED AS A SECURITY GUARD INSTRUCTOR??????

I have been a security guard for three years, I know I need 70 points and I have 65. Im basically looking for DCJS approved formal instructor course in the techniques of organizing and presenting instructional materials, where in NY can I find this???? PLEASE HELP! I am really trying to become a security guard instructor to teach people and certified them with the 8 HR and 16 HR training! PLEASE!
