Whats the best anti virus free protection for my pc?

How do I remove the virus called Java/Shinwow.BH and please don't say do u have a virus protection on your PC.

  • Ok so I called the hp contact center and I told them about the virus and all they said was get an anti-virus protection in your PC and I told them I do have one but it dosent remove it it is just telling me the name of the virus thats all, so then I hanged up cause they were no help at all, so can someone please help me I would realy apprieciate any answers, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
