Block specific websites on mac?
-
If I need to block a certain website only during the weekdays for certain hours, how do I do that? I have a mac computer OS X 10.5.7 version. I only need one website and only during the weekdays. Any ideas?

Answer:
Put it in your hosts file and direct it to 127.0.0.1. That will block it. For example if you want to block www.facebook.com you enter: www.facebook.com 127.0.0.1 You might also want to look up the ip addresses of the web sites and block them also by number.
